Collected Data

The e-mail addresses and other data provided for the Audial Newsletter subscription is stored in the database and is used exclusively for the purpose of sending the Newsletter. We try to keep this database safe and secure but we can not take responsibility for abuse caused by possible server malfunctions or hacks.

Additionally, we may manually collect the data sent to us by online contact form, e-mail or snail mail, but this data collecting is selective and content related one and mostly on the customers' requests, and not an automated one. The data collected this way we may use to provide customers important information. Audial however respects others' privacy and doesn't spam anyone.

We do not provide access to any of this data to third parties.


IP Addresses and Cookies

This server records visitors' IP addresses and uses them for statistics and server security purposes. The IP address of the computer used for messaging via contact form is also recorded and sent together with the message itself, the same way it is sent with classic e-mail.

Audial site doesn't place own cookies on visitors' computers.

Some pages of this site, however, use external sites for additional site traffic statistics (Google) or services (AddThis). We believe that the cookies possibly placed to our visitors' computers by these sites serve exclusively for the purpose of reliability of analysis and services. However for the cookies possibly placed by these sites, their respective privacy policies apply.

For online payments, during the temporary redirection to Moneybookers site, Moneybookers policy on IP data collecting and cookies applies.


Credit/Debit Card Data

Credit and debit cards payments are processed by Moneybookers. We don't receive and/or keep on file credit/debit card data. For this data, as well as for the other personal data collected by Moneybookers, Moneybookers policy applies.
