Audial d.o.o. was founded
Meant mostly as a commercial channel for Pedja Rogic audio designs, Audial d.o.o. (limited liability company) has been officially founded on 25 January 2006, and the registration process was completed on 14 February 2006, in Belgrade, Serbia.
The Model
Audial released the first device, The Model, a TDA1541A non-oversampling D/A converter, with zero-feedback high-performance audio circuits and low-noise supplies.
AYA II / III
The AYA II was a development of Pedja Rogic's earlier AYA DAC project, and in some way it was also a cost-cut version of The Model DAC. The AYA III was added to the offer in 2009, as an S/PDIF only variant of the AYA II. Both these DACs discontinuation was however announced later in 2009, due to a critical availability of the TDA1541A D/A converter chip.
Model S
In November 2008 The Model was replaced by the Model S, which later evolved into the Mk2 and Mk3 versions, produced all the way until 2020.
D-09
Filling the gap left by the AYA II / III discontinuation, Audial released D-09, a TDA1387-based, non-oversampling DAC, with plenty of inputs, and all zero-feedback audio and supply circuits, including a discrete output stage, at an affordable price.
GF-02: The worlds first 192/24 non-o/s DAC
In 2010, for Gramofone UK, Audial designed the asynchronous USB DAC GF-02, the world's first 192/24 non-oversampling converter.
Model S USB: TDA1541A non-o/s goes 192kHz async USB
Audial announced Model S USB, the world's first non-oversampling TDA1541A DAC operating up to 192 kHz.
In the same year, Pedja Rogic published four articles, reshaping the TDA1541A understanding and scene for the time to come, in a similar way he did it several years before with his DAC output stage projects.
AYA II comeback
The interest in the AYA II DAC did not ever really disappear, and several limited editions, which also included certain updates, were offered between 2014 and 2019. Firstly the AYA II 2014, then the AYA II DS, and it all finally turned into the AYA 4.
USB interface module
Audial released the USB interface board, a high-quality asynchronous USB device with Philips simultaneous data protocol or I2S output. It was a limited series offer, followed by another edition in 2017.
S4: TDA1541A non-o/s 384 kHz
Audial announced the S4, the world's first 384 kHz TDA1541A non-oversampling DAC.
S5: Reference performance and ultimate connectivity
Audial released the S5 DAC, another step in TDA1541A developments, associating the reference performance with ultimate connectivity.
